Once schools has logged a call with JJ and Quendet mowers the service level agreement is managed within 24hr. The respective school will be attended within the agreed SLA and services rendered will suit the school relating to cost and service experience which is most critical.

The services rendered and repairs are both done by JJ and Quendet Mowers which means there will be no stakeholder or third party engagement required which equates to seamless process in all dealings.
